Wuxi Zhonghuan Heavy Forgings Co., Ltd. is a member of the China Forging Association, specializing in producing annular steel forgings and flange products for pressure vessels, and is one of the largest annular forging manufacturers in China.　
The company is in Qianzhou Industrial Park, a northern suburb of Wuxi, adjacent to the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal, close to the Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway, and has convenient transportation. 　
The company covers an area of 65 acres, with a construction area of 21,500 square meters, with 4000T hydraulic press, 8 meters, 5 meters CNC ring rolling machine, 5-20T loading and discharging machine and manipulator, auxiliary lifting crane, large band saw, heat treatment furnace, 2.5 to 5 meter CNC lathe and other corresponding supporting facilities, with an annual production capacity of 20,000 tons.　

　
The company can comply with various international and domestic standards (ASME, AISI, EN, GB/T, JB/T, NB/T, SH, HG, etc.), produce different materials (carbon steel, alloy steel, low-temperature steel, stainless steel, etc.), ring forgings with a diameter of less than 8m, as well as tube sheets, high cylinders, modules, oil cylinders, shafts and other free forgings. Products are widely used in wind power, nuclear power, petrochemical, metallurgy, machinery, light industry, shipbuilding, bearing and other related industries. The company has a complete quality management and quality assurance system, and has qualified for ISO9001, ISO14001 international quality system certification, special equipment manufacturing license (pressure piping components Class A certificate), ABS classification society certification.
